Pick a day in a week for ‘cheat meal’. Be focused and stick to it. Keep in mind, cheat meals are just the replacements and aren’t something you should gorge on day long.
• 1 scoop Octa Whey
• 1 container vanilla Greek yogurt
• Sugar-free pudding powder- 8gm
• Fat-free milk- 3tbs
• Take the Greek yogurt container and put it in a medium bowl
• Add Whey, milk, sugar-free pudding powder in the Greek yogurt
• Mix gently until the powder is dissolved completely
• Chill it
• Enjoy it and treat your taste-buds
